Each 5ml contains Aniseed Oil (Foeniculum vulgare) 0.0008ml, Dill Oil (Peucedanum graveolens) 0.0007ml, Peppermint Oil (Mentha piperatta) 0.0003ml and flavoured aqueous base.
Aniseed Oil (Foeniculum vulgare) posses antifungal, diuretic, analgesic, antipyretic and antimicrobial properties. Essential oil has antimicrobial and antioxidant properties. The drug is very effective in flatulence in infants.

Dill Oil (Peucedanum graveolens) showed appetite-stimulating property. The extracts provoked a marked decrease in total gastric acid together with increase in pH values. As the fruit of dill has an antispasmodic effect on the smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract.
Peppermint Oil (Mentha piperita) is responsible for the drugs carminative and potent spasmolytic activities, the latter mainly due to local smooth muscle relaxation. Peppermint tea increases the production of bile, the effect is due to essential oil but presumably the flavonoids also play a part.
